What the manual says that the product page doesn't

No snow load figure either. The manual assigns roof clearing to the owner: "During heavy snowfall, it is recommended to clear the greenhouse roof of snow", and notes that heating helps snow melt and slide clear. Without a number there is nothing to check a local ground snow load against, so plan on clearing it yourself.

The kit includes L-shaped mounting brackets, but the fixings that actually hold it down are not supplied. Exaco recommends anchor bolts and names a specific spec you can buy locally — TapCon or similar concrete screws, 2.5 to 3 inch length, 1/4 inch anchor diameter, with the matching drill bit. For a knee wall or concrete strip foundation the manual is explicit that "any anchoring hardware (such as screws, bolts, wedge bolts, chemical anchors, etc.) are not included as it will vary by" surface.

Assembly-period weather damage is explicitly outside the warranty. Exaco also advises telling your insurer about the greenhouse once it is installed, which is the same position Vitavia takes — the warranty is for defects, and weather is an insurance matter.

Where to buy

checking prices…

Advertised prices, checked daily. Shipping is extra unless the retailer states otherwise — on a greenhouse, freight can change which seller is actually cheapest. We do not yet track a retailer for this model.

What we don't know

41 of 47 fields are still unresearched, and fields marked not published mean the manufacturer does not state them — that is a finding about the product, not a gap in our research.

Every figure above links to the document it came from. We have not tested this greenhouse. Local wind, snow, permitting and foundation requirements vary; confirm anything that matters with the manufacturer and your local building authority before buying.
