What you should know before buying
NO wind rating anywhere in the manual. Checked the full extracted text for mph, km/h, psf and kg/m — zero numeric ratings of any kind. The manual only advises siting somewhere 'sheltered from wind' and orienting the door away from prevailing winds.
No rating exists to be conditional. Instead the manual disclaims responsibility: 'conditions vary from site to site, and affect practicality and effectiveness of anchoring methods substantially... You are responsible to ensure the greenhouse is [anchored]' and it excludes liability for 'damage... that occurs as a result of improper greenhouse anchoring'.
NO snow load published. The manual carries a SNOW/DEBRIS ACCUMULATION HAZARD warning instead: 'The heavy weight of accumulated snow or other debris can cause parts of this greenhouse to buckle suddenly.' A hazard warning is not a rating.
Not stated as included. The manual places the choice and the liability entirely on the buyer and advises consulting a professional if in doubt about foundation stability.
