What you should know before buying
Both loads are declared "based on a closed and heated greenhouse structure". Riverstone also disclaims all liability for "damages and/or structural failures caused by prevailing load conditions at the greenhouse's erected location that exceed the aforementioned Standard Loads" — so the figures describe a design assumption, and matching them to your own site is explicitly your responsibility.
A geographic exclusion worth checking before you buy: the warranty applies in the 50 states and DC except Alaska and Hawaii, and in Canadian provinces except Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Buyers in exactly the coldest and windiest parts of North America are outside the cover.
