What you should know before buying
NO numeric wind rating anywhere in the current (rev 25.03) Canopia-hosted manual. Full text checked for mph, km/h, psf and kg/m — zero hits. The manual only advises 'a solid foundation to increase the product's stability and wind resistance in areas with severe weather conditions'.
No snow load published. The manual gives only a maintenance instruction: the roof 'should be cleared of snow in good time so that no dangerous snow load can occur'.
The manual instructs the buyer to 'fix the product to the foundation of your choice using appropriate screws and plugs' — i.e. buyer-supplied fixings, matching the Essence, where screws and spikes are explicitly not supplied.

- No snow load published; the manual instead tells the owner to clear snow promptly, which implies the structure is not intended to carry accumulation.
- Exposed and windy sites
- No published wind rating and no anchoring hardware supplied, while anchoring is required for the warranty to stand. On an exposed site there is nothing to compare and the fixings are an unbudgeted extra.
