What you should know before buying
No wind rating. The manual is 66 pages and almost entirely assembly diagrams; its safety advice covers gloves, not climbing on the roof, and not assembling in windy or wet weather, but says nothing about what the finished structure will take.
No snow load figure. Maintenance instruction only: "Keep the roof and gutters clear of snow, dirt and leaves in order to avoid damage to the product."
Three anchoring options are illustrated, and the one most buyers will reach for is the one not supplied. Expansion bolts into concrete or paving, wood screws into a timber base, or a "Steel bar/stake in bare ground (Not provided)". If you are setting this on soil rather than a prepared slab, the hardware that holds it down is yours to source.
